Bachelor's degree preferred, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) preferred, Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred, Four years experience in housing, One to two years related experience
What You'll Do.
Oversee entire operations of housing community portfolio
Manage all phases of operations
Manage financial operations
Document administration adequately
Communicate with direct supervisor
Terminate appropriately when necessary
Prepare salary increase requests for Community Manager
Assist with other team members if sign off
Provide review of counseling statements
Provide review of written evaluations
Provide review of salary requests
Document Regional activities adequately
Communicate with Regional
Recommend adjustments
Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts
Provide monthly written evaluation of income and expense
Provide Capital improvement suggestions
Monitor all proposals
Monitor contracts for large projects
Check work in progress
Ensure proper response to property emergencies
Ensure handling of property emergencies
Manage excellent customer service
Monitor service request turnaround
Monitor responsiveness of maintenance staff
Maintain property appearance
Ensure repairs are noted
Ensure repairs are completed on a timely basis
Plan for property resources
Plan for supplies economically
Obtain bids/pricing from vendors
Obtain bids/pricing from suppliers

Deal with inadequate service
