What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years experience in PV maintenance, substation operations, or electrical installation and repair experience
Nice to Have
OSHA 30 General Industry certificate, Experience operating under OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, and 70B, Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering
What You'll Do.
day-to-day onsite operations
Manage team of technicians
Coordinate daily planning of work
Perform field site visits
Assist technicians with maintenance
Oversee Subcontractors performing work
Maintain service reports
Maintain inspection documentation
Maintain safety paperwork
Maintain spare parts inventory
Maintain schedule for routine maintenance
Maintain schedule for corrective repairs
Order company property
Provide maintenance training
Provide troubleshooting training
