What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent, 5-7 years of work experience as a Reliability Engineer or in a similar role, CMRP certification or equivalent is required, Proficient use of CMMS applications, SAP PM demonstrated skills required, Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, verbal and written communication skills, Bilingual (French / English)
Nice to Have
preferably in the food industry, Lean Six Sigma training is considered an asset, Familiarity with implementing CMMS systems and Design for Reliability methods, Experience with SCADA systems (Factory Talk) as well as data historians, Experience with process optimization, process control, and data analysis, Experienced in Autodesk software
What You'll Do.

Analyze data and generate reports
Conduct and update Equipment Criticality Ranking
Develop and implement Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plans
Perform Spare Parts optimization
Support Compliance requirements
Develop standard operating procedures
Provide technical support and guidance
Conduct root cause analysis
Analyze and monitor process data
Develop and implement operational excellence strategies
Manage Specifications review
Manage the obsolescence program
Develop and deliver training programs
Support environmental sustainability initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Work with Plant Operations team; Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams; Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance, operations teams, and contractors

verbal and written communication skills; Bilingual (French / English)

Manage, maintain and facilitate Specifications review / Users Requirements Specifications (URS), Machine Build Review (FAT/SAT)
