Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology, Bachelor's Degree in Reliability Engineering, 2+ years of Amazon RME experience, 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, 4+ years of direct leadership experience, 4+ years managing department spend budgets, 4+ years managing labor budgets, 4+ years performing root cause analysis, 4+ years implementing continuous improvement, 4+ years managing results communication, 4+ years Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
Nice to Have
Experience leading multi-site maintenance organizations, Professional Engineering registration, Experience with Material Handling Equipment integrators, Experience maintaining material handling equipment, Experience with integrated systems, Experience in project management, Experience with statistical analysis, Master's degree, Six Sigma Black Belt certification
