What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree in Education or in a related field of study, Extensive coaching and training delivery experience, Demonstrated experience in facilitating groups, Demonstrated experience in managing projects, Demonstrated experience in the development of technical training courses using the Systems Approach to Training, ADDIE, or comparable training development model, Demonstrated experience in supporting a variety of training development and delivery teams, Knowledge of coaching and mentoring practices, In-depth knowledge of the Systems Approach to Training, ADDIE, or comparable training development model, Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online, Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and processes, Knowledge of adult learning and training principles and best practices, Knowledge of training evaluation processes to measure learning, and to validate training design, Ability to provide educational consultation services to staff involved in training including the identification of learning challenges, implementation of learning solutions, learning or training preferences and approaches, ability to plan, organize and independently manage training projects from task analysis to implementation, ability to lead project teams in needs identification, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and validation, Ability to coach a multi-functional team, Ability to analyse problems, determine root cause, and recommend solutions, ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing, Ability to analyze problems, determine root cause and implement training solutions when required, Works well independently, and in teams, by displaying flexibility, active listening, and openness when dealing with others, Demonstrates interpersonal skills through effective communication, Takes independent action and initiative to create opportunities or resolve/prevent problems, Bilingual Required
