Full Job Description
## Description Companial is looking for a Regional Lead DACH to take responsibility for our largest and most strategic region. With approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, DACH plays a key role in the continued growth and success of our organization. This is not a traditional sales management role. You will be responsible for the overall health, growth and success of the regional partner ecosystem while leading a team of approximately 12 experienced professionals across Partner Success, Recruitment and Technical Sales. Most of the day-to-day partner engagement is handled by the team. Your focus is on leadership, strategy, partner satisfaction, Microsoft relationships and handling complex situations that require senior guidance and decision-making. At the same time, you are expected to maintain close relationships with partners yourself, engage in strategic discussions and act as a trusted advisor for key partners across the DACH region. ## About the role As Regional Lead DACH, you will: • Lead a team of approximately 12 professionals across Germany, Austria and Switzerland • Drive regional growth, performance and partner success • Strengthen and expand relationships with Microsoft and strategic partners • Act as escalation point for complex partner situations • Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, growth initiatives and regional priorities • Support cloud transformation and long-term partner development • Ensure partners continue to see value across Companial's service portfolio • Build strong collaboration between local teams and international stakeholders ## The DACH region • Approximately 250 Microsoft Dynamics partners • Largest region within Companial • Strong Business Central focus (approximately 85%) • Strategic opportunity to expand adoption of Power Platform, CRM and F&SCM solutions across the partner ecosystem • Team consists mainly of highly experienced senior professionals • Stable, mature and co
