What You'll Do.
Management and development of IT staff
driving improved performance through clear goal setting and performance measurement
Up-skilling the teams by providing appropriate mentoring / coaching and training inputs
Managing a Team of 9 IT professional geographically dispersed
Accountable for all IT compliance activities in France
ensuring adherence to company policies
legal and regulatory requirements
cybersecurity standards
and internal control frameworks
supporting internal and external audits as required
participate actively to create
consolidate and control local business unit IT budgets
Liaise with Finance representatives and other IT stakeholders across the five business units
execute Teledyne roadmap on applications and technology standardization and improvements
Own and oversee local IT operations support
ensuring day‑to‑day stability of infrastructure and end‑user services
effective incident and request handling
consistent service delivery across all sites in France
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
interface with all Teledyne employees, business units, ITSS, stakeholders mainly across France; coordinating the activities of the IT teams in France; Liaise with Finance representatives and other IT stakeholders across the five business units; Build and maintain an effective and credible relationship with stakeholders; Manage relationships with IT, business units; Maintaining open lines of communication with all parties from both a service delivery as well as proactive IT requests; Prepare and execute monthly or quarterly meetings with each business area to review a rolling portfolio of work; provide visibility to the business stakeholders and IT on progress of projects including any significant issues for escalation and incidents in the period; Be the voice of the business and IT on both project and service delivery; Serve as liaison with the IT department for the business unit; help them navigate the IT functions, departments and portfolio; Experience of liaising with cross functional and geographically dispersed departments
Communication Scope
bilingual operational role (French and English speaking); Good written and verbal communication skills; confident in communicating with customers and technical leads
Process & Methodology
