YOUR ROLE AS REGIONAL IT TEAM LEAD (DACH) As Regional IT Team Lead, you are responsible for ensuring the stability, quality, and compliance of IT operations and projects across the DACH region, while contributing to operational IT excellence across the entire Odyssey portfolio. You combine hands‑on technical expertise with leadership, acting as a senior escalation point and ensuring IT systems effectively support hotel operations, brand standards, and the guest experience. The role has a strong tactical project focus, primarily delivering operational enhancements, system migrations, and compliance‑driven initiatives aligned with business and brand requirements. In this position, you report directly to the Head of IT and are responsible for managing a DACH‑focused IT Coordinator, providing direction, oversight, and coaching to ensure consistent execution and alignment with group IT standards. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Take full ownership of IT operations and service quality across the DACH region * IT background in a hospitality environment is required. * Act as senior escalation point for complex incidents and operational risks across the portfolio * Lead by example through hands-on involvement in daily IT operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure changes * Support hotel openings, conversions, and on-site technical implementations * Execute and oversee
