Full Job Description
Nexstar Media Group has an immediate opening for a Regional Human Resources Manager. The Regional Human Resources Manager provides operational and consultative human resources support for multiple Nexstar work locations. The HR Manager works in tandem with Regional Human Resources Directors to partner closely with business leaders and the Human Resources team to execute key HR initiatives across performance management, organizational development, employee and labor relations, succession planning, and policy implementation. The right candidate for this role **_MUST_** have media experience. The role is well suited for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is skilled at supporting leaders through change. The Manager will report to the Regional Human Resources Director and support an employee population of approximately 1,200 union and non-union employees. This role must be based in Irving (Nexstar headquarters) or any Nexstar market that operates a full-time newsroom producing local news coverage throughout the day (morning, midday, evening, and late broadcasts). This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and talented team and to support the business units of Nexstar, a leader in the media industry.
