Based in Singapore, this role has regional responsibility for HSE across Southeast Asia, supporting multiple sites and business areas. You will partner with Country Leaders and operational teams to ensure strong compliance, effective risk management, and consistent HSE practices across the region. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, translating business priorities into practical HSE plans, while supporting leaders to build capability and embed safe ways of working. What you’ll be doing * Provide clear HSE guidance to ensure compliance with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and Rotork standards across Southeast Asia * Translate organisational priorities into practical HSE plans and framework that support operational delivery while managing risk * Develop and maintain HSE management systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 * Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are identified and actions are implemented effectively * Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to identify and mitigate risk * Support leaders and teams through coaching, training, and practical g
