The HR Ops Specialist ensures accurate, efficient, and SLA-driven HR operations for employees in assigned regions by managing HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, payroll inputs, and HRM data through the HR ticket system. The role acts as the primary owner of operational HR service delivery, resolving the majority of HR requests via a structured ticketing model and supporting a scalable, data-driven HR function. Core Duties HR Operations (Ticket Ownership) · Manage and resolve HR administrative requests via the HR ticket system · Ensure timely and accurate ticket resolution in line with SLA · Maintain high-quality ticket documentation and proper categorization · Handle employee HR requests, including: o Payroll issues & inquiries o PTO / leave balance o Bank account & employee data changes o Tax questions (basic support / routing if needed) o Kronos/system support o Policy clarifications o General HR requests o Expense reimbursements (taxi, other) o English classes coordination Payroll Administration · Enter payroll inputs (based on approved data from HR PP) · Process salary changes, bonuses, and payroll corrections · Resolve payroll discrepancies · Support payroll cycle preparation and validation · Process overtime requests and hours approvals Employee Lifecycle Administration Onboarding (Regional Ownership) · Process onboarding requests from Recruitment · Prepare employment contracts and collect required documentation · Create employee profiles in HRM (Kronos / AT) · Conduct HR onboarding sessions and explain processes Empl
