Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, 7+ years of hands-on working experience in HR operations, at least 2 years of experience in people management roles, knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in at least one of the supported markets, Experience collaborating cross-functionally with international HR counterparts, Proficiency in HR systems (e. g. , HRIS, Jira, Confluence) and the MS Office Suite, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation, Excellent communication and organizational skills, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Act as Regional HR Manager for Regional Operations

Manage day-to-day HR operations

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a productive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture aligned with our mission and business objectives. Reporting directly to the Head of HR International, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as the trusted HR advisor for employees and managers alike. As a Regional HR Manager, you will: Ensure Exceptional Employee Experience Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees across the supported markets, providing guidance on local labor law, policies, and procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and engagement. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and transitions. Ensure the accurate preparation, maintenance, and safekeeping of all employment contracts and personal records in compliance with local legislation. Drive Efficient HR Operations Oversee and maintain the integrity of all HR systems and data (HRIS, Jira, Confluence), ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
