Maintain hospital partnerships
Lead registered nurses
Inspire registered nurses
Motivate registered nurses
Monitor clinical outcomes
Conduct trend analysis
Report facility operation outcomes
Report clinical outcomes
Partner with leadership
Develop plans of correction
Drive corrective plans locally
Report progress to leadership
Manage regional clinical responsibilities
Report financial statuses
