What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, +7 years of direct/relevant experience, accounting, financial and data driven analytical skills with Supply Chain and/or Commercial experience, Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, SAP, BW, and BPC

What You'll Do.
Provide financial leadership and business counsel for the assigned sales account teams to enable revenue growth and improve account profitability
Collaborate with sales teams to prepare sales and trade spend forecasts
identifying risks & opportunities and developing contingency plans to deliver budget commitments
Perform complex finance activities
including monthly and ad hoc financial statement analysis and commentary
Ensure accuracy of month and year-end financials
Lead in preparing analysis of trade spending (pre-event and post-event ROI) and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of trade spending
Provide financial counsel to cross-functional teams
improving decision making and developing solutions to address business issues
Drive simplification initiatives and best practices in coordination with rest of cluster finance team
Play integral role in preparation of internal/external presentations and ongoing appraisal of customer plans
Additional special projects and ad hoc analysis
Build and develop a high-performing team through effective recruiting
and career development
How You'll Work.
