The Regional Finance Analyst will be responsible for successful delivery of a comprehensive range of financial services and support to the account/client. He/she is also responsible to manage the day-to-day financial and accounting operations with particular focus on the client’s reporting requirements at both local and regional level. The Regional Finance Analyst must also assist the finance manager and RAD in monitoring and ensuring that efficient use of the accounting resources contribute towards Jones Lang LaSalle’s revenue and profit objectives. **Leadership (where applicable)** * Provide clear direction and financial advice to the team across the region * Maintain all relevant policies and procedures with respect to all financial and support services associated with the account **Client/Stakeholder Management** * Serve as a primary liaison with the account finance lead, operation lead to meet client’s primary financial managers/units. * Lead by example and groom the team in achieving maximum client satisfaction level **Budgeting and Reporting** * Oversee and with the lead of finance manager on the activities of the team across the region with respect to Information, Report Production and Financial Administration * Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all members of management team * Ensure adequate flow of information that results in accountability and ownership * Ensure timely
