What You'll Do.
Manage daily operations and maintenance of all Moniepoint facilities in the region
Ensure facilities comply with local regulations

Implement preventive maintenance programs
Oversee workspace planning
Develop detailed architectural plans and layouts for new and existing facilities
Create and present 3D drawings and renderings
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional and efficient facility layouts
Lead property acquisition efforts
Coordinate employee and office relocation processes
Oversee infrastructure projects
Manage design and tendering processes
and project schedules
Provide post-project support
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers
Monitor vendor performance against SLAs
Conduct regular evaluations of contractors and vendors
Ensure adherence to health
and environmental regulations across all facilities
Implement safety protocols
