7+ years of experience in real estate management, with a emphasis on client relationship management and workplace experience, Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, Outstanding customer service and a genuine passion for creating exceptional experiences, Adept at using data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of facilities initiatives, Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines and thriving under pressure, Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, Excel in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field, Facilities service provider experience, Facilities Management Certifications (IFMA CFM, FMP)
