What You'll Do.
Ensure high client satisfaction
Deliver key initiatives
Ensure consistency in processes
Deliver efficient operational facility activities
Manage local vendor performances
Manage all operational FM’s in region
Develop Personal Development Plans
Serve as primary contact for service delivery
Accountable for local service delivery
Manage relationships with client teams
Address operational challenges
Develop understanding of client business
Assist Finance Director with budgets
Achieve agreed financial targets
Identify opportunities to cross-sell
Quote out of scope activities
Raise POs for out of scope
Provide support for financial management
Ensure services delivered in adherence to contract
Deliver services in line with KPIs
Develop relationship with key vendors
Implement best practices
Escalate all service changes
Manage and ensure quality of delivery
Use and promote technology systems
Monitor performance for own demise
Provide required reporting from systems
Ensure standard operating procedures adhered
Deliver regional initiatives and programs
Implement client specific initiatives
