This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive operational excellence while building lasting client partnerships in the financial services sector. You'll develop and execute strategic plans that anticipate client needs and exceed contractual KPIs, positioning JLL as an indispensable partner. Working closely with client leadership, you'll craft operating and capital budgets that align business objectives with operational realities, identifying opportunities that drive value beyond day-to-day delivery. Leading a team of 5 Senior Facility Managers and 28 Facility Managers, you'll cultivate a high-performing culture focused on both results and people. Your leadership will ensure teams deliver exceptional service while staying engaged, developed, and empowered to solve complex challenges across mobile engineering, facilities management services, and environmental health and safety.
