Culina Group is a leading UK 3rd party food & drinks logistics provider offering dedicated and shared user warehousing and distribution solutions. We’re looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to join Culina Group, taking ownership of multiple sites across the North Midlands. This role is ideal for someone with a strong FM background in a fast-paced environment (logistics, construction, manufacturing or similar) who is comfortable managing multiple sites, projects, and priorities — and is happy to travel regularly. What you’ll be doing: * Managing FM across a multi-site estate * Leading capex projects from planning through to delivery * Ensuring full compliance with H &S and statutory maintenance * Driving cost efficiencies and contractor performance * Working closely with site leaders to improve facilities and operations * Owning supplier relationships, tenders, and service delivery ## Qualifications * Proven experience in a Facilities Management role * Background in a fast-paced sector (logistics, construction, retail, manufacturing etc.) * Experience managing multiple sites and contractors * Strong understanding of H &S and compliance * Comfortable managing budgets, capex, and projects * Willingness to travel across the region regularly * NEBOSH / IOSH / BIFM * Technical background (mechanical, electrical, building services) ## Additional Information As part of our drive to make iForce a great place to work.
