Facilities management experience, Vendor management experience, Manage services across multiple sites, Change management experience, Process standardization experience, Problem-solving skills, Innovative thinking, Data analysis, High proficiency in Excel, English business proficiency, Ability to travel up to 50%, Fluent in written and spoken Polish
Nice to Have
Excellent communication skills, Excellent interpersonal skills, Collaborative mindset, Implementation of RCM programs, Implementation of vendor-based maintenance, Participation in design review processes, Knowledge of distribution supply chain, Communicate in Polish at CEFR Level B2, Knowledge of CMMS programs, Certified Facility Manager, AssocRICS or MRICS certification
