What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems, Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or related discipline, 7+ years of experience delivering multi-media environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance, 7+ years experience conducting environmental due diligence for greenfield and brownfield sites, At least 3 years of project or task management experience for environmental permitting and/or due diligence projects

Nice to Have

Experience in permitting within multiple states within the southwestern US, Data center or critical infrastructure due diligence, design, construction, and/or or risk assessment experience, Experience managing and/or supporting community/public interactions
