Must Have

Relevant technical qualification in engineering or building services (mechanical, electrical, or similar), 2-3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or Engineering (site-based experience preferred), Basic understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, UPS, fire life safety (FLS), and plumbing, Experience or exposure to Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and CMMS tools (e.g., Azara, Corrigo, SAP), Familiarity with incident management processes and an interest in developing root cause analysis skills, Understanding of health and safety practices, including permit-to-work systems and basic risk assessments, Ability to work closely with vendors and site teams to ensure service delivery, Good organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in asset data and maintenance tracking, Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required, Proactive, willing to learn, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
