What You'll Achieve.
Associates receive immediate, competent care at the point of injury; Third-party medical transitions are seamless, timely, and well-documented; Workers’ Compensation claims are filed accurately, managed proactively, and closed efficiently; C-suite and regional leadership receive clear, data-driven Workers’ Compensation performance reports; Site teams are trained, certified, and confident in performing basic injury interventions; Lasting, site-level response capability is built; OSHA recordkeeping is accurate and audit-ready at all times; Injured associates experience a consistent, professional, and supportive care process

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
First Aid and CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized organization or equivalent training, Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering injury care and first aid response in a workplace, clinical, or emergency setting, Capability to design and facilitate First Aid, injury prevention, or safety training programs for adult learners, Experience with document control, PPI, and incident/injury terminology to support Workers’ Compensation claim registration, documentation, and regulatory compliance, documentation skills with the ability to produce accurate, detailed records accurately and under time pressure, Ability to communicate complex medical and claims information clearly to both operational and executive-level audiences, Ability to travel regionally on short notice in response to multi-site incidents, ERT launches, or coverage needs
What You'll Do.
Provide real-time injury intervention at point of care
Ensure seamless transitions to medical evaluation
Manage Workers’ Compensation claims with accuracy and urgency
Build internal emergency response capability
Deliver first aid training to teams
and relaunch Emergency Response Teams
Deliver structured First Aid training to associates and site leadership
Ensure OSHA recordkeeping is accurate and audit-ready

Ability to communicate complex medical and claims information clearly to both operational and executive-level audiences
