Must Have
15+ years in partner marketing, program management, or GTM leadership, preferably in the tech sector, Proven experience leading regional or global programs at scale, leadership experience managing distributed teams across markets, Experience working with Tech Sector stakeholders, partner ecosystems, or similar global organizations, Demonstrated success in driving performance metrics (pipeline, ROI, partner engagement), operational and governance experience, including dashboards and reporting frameworks
