Must Have
Minimum of 7 years retail chain experience at a District or multi-store management level leading 20+ stores in a large retail ideally gained in a progressive operations roles, Demonstrate retail visual merchandising skills, Demonstrated ability to develop and execute regional strategies, anticipating market trends and translating insights into actionable operating plans that drive performance across multiple locations, Proven track record of consistently exceeding financial and operational targets within a multi-site or regional environment, Experience leading complex, fast-paced operations, effectively prioritizing and allocating resources (people, budget, and infrastructure) to maximize efficiency and results, experience building and leading high-performing teams, including full-cycle hiring, succession planning, and talent development across geographically dispersed teams, Experience establishing clear performance expectations, KPIs, and operational continuously monitors results and implements adjustments to improve outcomes, Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and navigate corporate and field environments to drive alignment and execution
What You'll Do.
Manage and directs a territory to achieve sales and profit goals
Manage multiple districts within a region
Leads district to ensure customer service model
Ensure territory expenses are within budget
KPIs and margin of assigned territory
Ensures incentive plans drive results
Administration – paperwork
and coordinating moves/relocations
communicate and implement business opportunities
Ensure that the districts within the region have solid store operation routines
Lead the retail business through effective collaboration
Ensure that all districts within the region maintain a brand appropriate look
Oversee that succession plans for management and key positions are created
Maintain the high-quality customer service
communicate appropriate information to District Managers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Lead the retail business through effective collaboration and partnering across key functions: Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Retail Buying Team, Store Design and Retail Operations.; Deep understanding of organizational dynamics, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and navigate corporate and field environments to drive alignment and execution.
