What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising others, Clinical competency in standards of care for adult patients/residents with multiple chronic co-morbidities, including dementia, Familiar with gero-psychiatric diagnosis and common treatment modalities, Ability to utilize computer programs for communication needs and medical documentation purposes, Willing to work outside regular hours based on business needs, Valid driver’s license, Good driving record, Current auto insurance
Nice to Have
Experience with memory care, Experience with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diseases
What You'll Do.
Assist in data collection and review
Analyze clinical outcome data
Assist with establishment of clinical programs
Interview and hire clinical associates
Provide on-site training
Identify trends in clinical outcomes
Establish plan for measurable quality improvement
Oversee clinical audits
Provide on-site nursing leadership during DHS vacancy
Provide timely reports to Senior Vice President
Communicate unusual occurrences/concerns
Ensure regulatory compliance
Travel out of region for meetings
