Must Have
Graduate of accredited school of nursing, Current Registered Nurse (RN) license, Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising others, Clinical competency in standards of care for adult patients/residents with multiple chronic co-morbidities, including dementia, Familiar with gero-psychiatric diagnosis and common treatment modalities, Ability to utilize computer programs for communication needs and medical documentation purposes, Willing to work outside regular hours based on business needs, Valid driver’s license, Good driving record, Current auto insurance

Experience with memory care, Experience with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related diseases

What You’ll Be Doing: Assists in data collection and review and analysis of clinical outcome data from communities in the region. Assists with establishment of clinical programs during time of new acquisitions. This may include interviewing and hiring clinical associates and on-site training. Will collaborate with the Director of Quality Assurance to identify trends in clinical outcomes that are less than optimal and collaborate with appropriate clinical staff and leadership to establish a plan for measurable quality improvement. Oversee clinical audits. In the event of a DHS vacancy at a Silverado community, may provide on-site nursing leadership. Provides timely reports to Senior Vice President of Clinical Services and Director of Quality Assurance as requested.
