What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services management, within the software development, Demonstrated success delivering projects in the LATAM region, including oversight of large-scale, high-impact client, Deep understanding of project scoping, risk management, and operational excellence in client, Experience growing and managing professional services teams in complex enterprise software, Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with large enterprise, Demonstrated experience in managing partner relationships and ensuring successful delivery through third-party, Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—tailored to executive, Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance, etc. ) to drive client leadership skills with the ability to recruit, manage, and retain top technical, Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese (required), Availability to travel within the LATAM region and occasionally globally (up to 25%)
