Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, 10-20 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction, Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications, Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules

Nice to Have

Master's degree in related field, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification, LEED Certification, PMP Certification

What You'll Do.

Leading large-scale construction projects with heavy emphasis on ground-up construction for enterprise

Managing multiple concurrent projects including renovations

building infrastructure upgrades

and new construction with heavy focus on ground-up construction

Leading ground-up construction projects through all phases: due diligence and land acquisition

planning and zoning review

Evaluating site feasibility during transaction phases

and financial factors

Directing technical and financial analysis to determine project scope

Coordinating with architects

and consultants to develop construction documents that meet project objectives and budget requirements

Managing municipal approval processes

regulatory compliance

Overseeing construction operations including schedule management

Providing weekly project activity updates to Team Lead on schedule

and cash flow using JLL technology platforms

Developing risk management plans and guiding teams through work authorization processes to prevent impacts in critical environments

Preparing comprehensive project documentation including charters

Managing vendors to ensure compliance with all project policies and procedures
