What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, 10-20 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction, Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications, Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
Nice to Have
Master's degree in related field, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification, LEED Certification, PMP Certification
What You'll Do.
Leading large-scale construction projects with heavy emphasis on ground-up construction
Managing multiple concurrent projects including renovations
building infrastructure upgrades
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of development
Managing project financials
Overseeing all phases of development from land acquisition and feasibility studies through design
Evaluating site feasibility
Directing technical and financial analysis
Coordinating with architects
Managing municipal approval processes
Overseeing construction operations
Providing weekly project activity updates
Developing risk management plans
Preparing comprehensive project documentation
Ensuring project closeout within 90 days of completion

Manage cross-functional teams across a large geographic area; Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants; Guiding teams through work authorization processes
