What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field, 10-20 years of project management experience covering all aspects of design and construction, Proven experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications, Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture/fixtures/equipment specifications, design and space planning concepts, and construction costs and schedules
Nice to Have
Master's degree in related field, Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management certification, LEED Certification, PMP Certification

Leading large-scale construction projects with heavy emphasis on ground-up construction
Managing multiple concurrent projects including renovations

Evaluating site feasibility
Directing technical and financial analysis

Developing risk management plans
Preparing comprehensive project documentation
Ensuring project closeout within 90 days of completion

You will manage cross-functional teams across a large geographic area, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of development. The position requires comprehensive oversight from land acquisition and feasibility studies through design, construction, and closeout, while tracking project financials, schedules, and deliverables to meet or exceed established goals. ## Your day-to-day tasks will include: * Managing multiple concurrent projects including renovations, building infrastructure upgrades, large remodels, and new construction with heavy focus on ground-up construction * Leading ground-up construction projects through all phases: due diligence and land acquisition, feasibility studies, design development, planning and zoning review, pre-construction, construction, and closeout * Evaluating site feasibility during transaction phases, assessing physical, environmental, regulatory, and financial factors * Directing technical and financial analysis to determine project scope, budget parameters, schedule requirements, and risk factors * Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop construction documents that meet project objectives and budget requireme
