Your broad knowledge of effective communications channel strategy and measurement, coupled with excellent writing ability, will be assisted by a curiosity to learn the operational practices of a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader, and reach employees from desk-based roles all the way to sales and service technicians in the field. Working with the wider communications team, you will strive to continually evaluate and improve our processes, resources and communication technology and messaging, for all employees, regardless of role and location, while bringing new and innovative ideas to the table. **Internal Communications:** * This role is instrumental in supporting the planning, creation and execution of strategic communications channels, content and metrics for the SA&P employee audience, including supporting transformational change projects and executing engaging communications to improve our Organizational Health. * Create engaging,
