## YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide colposcopy evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care in accordance with PPNNE protocols, PPFA standards, and applicable clinical guidelines. Deliver trauma-informed, patient-centered care that supports informed decision-making, dignity, privacy, and access. Document care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record and complete required coding and clinical documentation. Collaborate with health center staff, clinicians, and regional leaders to support clinic flow, timely follow-up, and continuity of care. Support training, mentorship, and clinical skill development related to colposcopy services, as requested. Participate in quality assurance, chart review, competency, and clinical improvement activities. Contribute clinical expertise, as appropriate, to support other PPNNE services, including MAB and PAB. Support patient safety, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and OSHA requirements. Maintain required licensure, certifications, privileging, and onboarding requirements. Candidates with 0-6 years of experience can expect to earn between $45.46 - $53.64 per hour.
