Must Have
Demonstrated ability to unite diverse stakeholders and perspectives, building consensus and momentum for shared goals., Creative and forward-thinking mindset, able to anticipate challenges and design long-term solutions for evolving colleague needs., cross-cultural communication and emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt approaches for different markets and audiences., Experience in colleague experience, corporate real estate, hospitality, events, or service industries, ideally with exposure to multiple APAC markets., Proficiency in data-driven decision making, colleague analytics, and understanding of the corporate real estate lifecycle., Highly skilled at creating compelling presentations that convey ability to run co-creation and brainstorming workshops
Nice to Have
Multilingual communication skills (English additional Asian-Pacific languages advantageous).
What You'll Do.

Shape and guide Colleague Experience Program strategy across APAC in partnership with operational teams

Create powerful analytical frameworks and design elevated colleague experiences that enhance end-user satisfaction across diverse client property portfolios.
Lead colleague experience evolution through expertise in journey mapping
satisfaction surveys and other feedback channels
and experiential assessments through human-centered design philosophy.
Cultivate relationships with business partners and client groups
aligning diverse stakeholders around shared objectives through collaborative engagement and influence.
Develop and refine frameworks for Colleague Experience that balance global priorities with local relevance
ensuring adaptability across APAC markets.
Guide the direction of Colleague Experience initiatives
leveraging insights and trends to inform recommendations for leadership and business units.
Establish clear reporting mechanisms
share innovations and best practices
and celebrate achievements across the region.
Foster inclusive communities by designing engagement models for business resource groups and supporting cross-cultural collaboration.
Work with local clients to align on objectives
facilitate regular feedback forums
and maintain awareness of organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
Partner with the Regional Account Director and Global Leads to maintain robust governance
including annual and quarterly meetings tailored to regional business customs.
Use data analytics to inform recommendations for service enhancement
always adhering to local data protection regulations.
