What You'll Do.
Maintain existing broker relationships
Source new broker relationships
Increase revenues in line with yearly targets
Generate prospective deals
Ensure application submissions meet criteria
Manage and report on sales activities
Develop and maintain Key Account list
Conduct quarterly meetings with key accounts
Discuss performance with Regional Director
Assist brokers with deals
Complete monthly expense reports
Document feedback in CRM
Analyze efficiency ratios
Participate in weekly departmental meetings
Make proactive sales calls
Visit existing brokers
Provide updates on product enhancements
Schedule broker meetings
Update broker contact information
Manage the region effectively
Provide mid-level analysis
Interact with credit team
Attend industry events
Participate in joint BDM and RBM meetings
Collaborate with BDM and RCM
Monitor competitor programs
Discuss competitor products with brokers
Analyze feedback on Equitable Bank’s products
Collect materials for competitive intelligence
Participate in brokerage events
Engage in industry associations
Speak at company-sponsored events
Expand relationships through lunch meetings
Introduce team members to brokers
Cover for other RBMs and BDMs
Submit expense reports
Complete regulatory courses
