Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top commercial talent aligned with organizational goals. Drive sales performance across the assigned territory by setting clear expectations, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets. Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions to improve execution, strengthen capabilities, and reinforce accountability. Foster a strong performance-driven culture focused on collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. Translate national and regional strategies into actionable plans, ensuring alignment and execution across all sales activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights, align priorities, and support coordinated commercial execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians and key opinion leaders, within the diabetes ecosystem. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in biopharma, medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences commercial roles. 2–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong background in specialty sales environments, ideally including diabetes, rescue markets, or complex healthcare selling. Demonstrated ability to drive performance through KPIs, analytics, and structured field execution. Proven success in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales teams to exceed targets. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced and competitive markets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders.
