Scope of Work: - Lead, train, and support agents on compliance, contracts, and provincial regulations. - Provide guidance on complex transactions and compliance-related escalations, applying sound risk-based judgment. - Proactively recruit and attract top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, supporting them through onboarding and brokerage transitions. - Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance agent experience and operational efficiency. - Manage a high volume of agents in a fast-paced, high-growth brokerage environment, ensuring compliance and operational support.
