What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Solid experience from the real estate industry, investment, financing, portfolio management, or a related commercial role, Experience with financial analysis, performance, and business development, Ability to combine analytical strength, commercial understanding, and good judgment, Desire to create results through others, Ability to build trust, create followership, and be a good sparring partner for both employees and manager colleagues, Financial and analytical understanding, Experience with budgets, business cases, performance tracking, and financial decision support, Understanding of how rental levels, vacancy, OPEX, and CAPEX affect the portfolio's bottom line, Knowledge of property operations, residential rentals, or property investments, Ability to navigate a larger organization with many internal stakeholders, Strong collaboration and communication skills, Motivation to develop people, create direction, and contribute to a strong team

Formal leadership role experience, Sustainability and ESG integration in portfolio management

Develop and optimize the performance of the region's portfolio
Ensure financial overview and ongoing follow-up on the region's P&L

Close collaboration with Asset Managers; Close collaboration with Regional Asset Manager for West Denmark, Head of FM, Head of Technical Project Management, and Head of Letting; Strong collaboration across Asset Management, Letting, FM, Technical Project Management, and other stakeholders; Building trust and creating followership with employees and manager colleagues; Creating strong collaboration across professional disciplines and organizational levels
