About the Role and You This Launceston‑based role reports to the General Manager – Tasmania and provides high‑quality administrative, clerical and organisational support to our Tasmanian team. Establishing and fostering strong working relationships is fundamental to the success of this role. You will be willing to travel to farms when required and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, providing reliable and proactive support. The role requires a high level of autonomy, supported by clear communication and alignment with business priorities. You will also assist with a broad range of administrative tasks, including recording contracts, preparing monthly and snapshot reports, supporting supplementary feed procurement, and contributing to the development and improvement of business processes. You will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and contribute to safe work practices across the business. This includes supporting the Health & Safety Advisor with administration of the Safety Management System, maintaining policies and procedures, and assisting with Return to Work coordination.
