What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in customer facing, quota carrying sales, account, or relationship management roles, Fluency in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs and end-users (in the same sales cycle) in both individual and team sales environments, Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, Experience in solution selling to global/multi-national customers, with complex organization structure, Experience closing new business and managing existing accounts, Background in working with complex requirements and crafting custom solutions, Ability to translate data and insights into crisp and relevant customer narratives, Demonstrated ability to generate and execute a lead with solutions to problems, not products, verbal and written communication skills

Manage a book of current customers
Involve in large centralized global contracts
Conduct outbound activity within portfolio
Partner with global clients to identify solutions
Develop territory and strategic account plans
Apply solutions expertise across product offerings
Plan and prioritize book
Understand customer business and objectives
Gain commitment and buy-in for account growth
Invest in relationships with economic buyers
Provide customer engagement activities
Build custom presentations and demonstrations
Close all orders with LinkedIn investment in mind
Provide post-contract support
Use CRM tracking activities
