Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead regional project controls and productivity operations across assigned outage programs, ensuring accurate tracking of cost, hours, schedules, and performance metrics. Manage and develop a team of Project Controls Analysts, ensuring high-quality reporting, capability development, and succession planning within the sub-region. Oversee outage planning, execution, and closeout processes, including cost reviews, KPI tracking, and operational performance analysis. Partner with regional service leaders to optimize outage delivery, improve cost efficiency, and align execution with business targets and standards. Analyze job cost estimates, manpower loading, and resource utilization to identify inefficiencies and drive productivity improvements. Conduct site visits to support Lean Action Workouts, Pit Crew execution, and continuous improvement initiatives during outage delivery. Develop and implement corrective actions for underperforming outages and ensure execution of productivity improvement programs across the region. Drive standardized reporting rhythms, governance frameworks, and performance dashboards to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; extensive field or project management experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 10+ years of leadership experience in complex, global operational environments. 5+ years of experience managing teams and developing talent in technical or project-driven organizations. Strong background in power generation, field services, or heavy industrial outage environments (gas and/or steam turbine experience required). Proven expertise in project controls, planning tools (e.g., Primavera), and outage cost management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive actionable insights.
