What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years refrigeration industry experience, Associate's degree in technical field or 2+ years Amazon RME experience, Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
Nice to Have
Experience working with and managing third party vendors, Experience with Six Sigma tools, Experience with Lean techniques, Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audience, Refrigeration Trade School certificate, 1+ years commercial CO2 refrigeration applications experience, Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
What You'll Do.
Provide technical support and expertise for commercial CO2
Ensure optimal performance and compliance with food safety
Support refrigeration system audits
Support maintenance quality assessments
Support reliability improvement initiatives
Assist in developing standardized refrigeration maintenance procedures
Assist in developing troubleshooting protocols
Assist in developing best practices
Collaborate with site leadership
Collaborate with maintenance teams
Collaborate with central engineering groups
Identify opportunities for equipment standardization
Identify opportunities for performance enhancement
Provide technical support and guidance to local maintenance
Guide on refrigeration system operations
Guide on troubleshooting
Guide on preventive maintenance strategies
