We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Lead to join our growing North America Regulatory Oversight Compliance team. You’ll lead a compliance team(s) of specialists/professionals providing advice, guidance and expertise on regulatory requirements, including Regulation 9 and Regulation W. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and assist business units to manage their regulatory risk, helping ensure Wise remains compliant as we scale. You’ll also help shape and evolve our second-line compliance framework, providing critical insights to product, operations, and leadership teams, and helping embed compliance into everything we do.
