Must Have
3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role or similar, Basic understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, leadership and communication skills, Ability to think on one’s feet, learn rapidly without a great deal of supervision, disciplined, self-motivated, able to meet team goals, command of company’s policies and procedures
Nice to Have
experience in a refurbishment or manufacturing environment, Familiarity with HVAC/R concepts and working principals, Reliable, Energetic, Problem Solver
