What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Several years of professional experience in accounting at an international bank or alternatively in a Big Four auditing firm or in IFRS consulting, Good understanding of internal banking processes related to the generation of accounting values and information, IT affinity and very good Excel skills (formulas, pivot, analyses), Fluent German and English skills
Nice to Have
Additional qualification as a certified public accountant/auditor or tax advisor
What You'll Do.
Analysis of new products from an accounting perspective and development of practical guidelines and procedures
Independent resolution of complex IFRS and HGB issues
Improvement of accounting processes and support of their implementation
Ensuring internal control for compliance with accounting standards
Monitoring current developments in the IFRS environment and assessing their impact on the group
Living risk culture through continuous development and maintenance of responsibility in proactive risk management within the bank
