This individual plays a key part in ensuring data integrity and optimizing organizational procedures. **What you’ll do:** * Complete all mandatory reports in a timely manner and to required standard * Perform daily operations related to the creation, modification, and deletion of reference data (e.g., securities, legal entities, counterparties, market data). * Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by adhering to established data governance policies and procedures. * Validate data inputs against source documents and internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk Management, and Technology teams, to address reference data requirements and issues. * Participate in testing for system enhancements, upgrades, and new data initiatives. * **Working on shift:** Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 9:00-17:00 and 15:00-23:00**(cover for EMEA and NAM)** **What we’ll need from you:** * Bachelor's degree preferred * 0-2 years of related job experience * Good awareness of client needs/expectations * Proficient in MS Office * Proven success as a team player * **Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is required, along with strong communication skills** **What we can offer you** By joining Ci
