What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of relevant experience, Managing a team of at least 8-10 personnel across 24x7 Operations, Managed large/enterprise datacenter with more than 1500+ physical servers along with other devices, Basic understanding about Networking Components and its functionality, Ability to work on Linux hardening, patching, Ability to identify and improvise the process in function, Knowledge about some scripting language, Good troubleshooting skills and resolve issues quickly, Ability to manage pressures and handle tasks accordingly, Very dynamic & enthusiastic in work, In tandem with the technology changes, Understanding of ITIL Framework and its implementation in support, Managing Escalations, available on severity calls during service degradations, Mentoring Shift Engineers (24x7 Operations), Ready to work in shift or off hours whenever required, Ability to create template based doc. Such as SOPs, RCA, Escalation and troubleshooting of Infrastructure specific incidents from Service Desk & Incident Management, Maintaining and updating infrastructure designuild document sets, Worked under ITIL Framework, Automate the mundane tasks, Bachelors of Engineering any stream w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience, Bachelors in Science with Technology such as Bsc. IT w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience
Nice to Have
Both (Windows & Non-Windows) OS knowledge, Certification on any Technology or Multiple Technology

Windows Server Support
