10+ years of relevant experience, Windows Server Support, L3/L4 support, Managing a team of at least 8-10 personnel across 24x7 Operations, Managed large/enterprise datacenter with more than 1500+ physical servers, Basic understanding about Networking Components and its functionality, Ability to work on Linux hardening, patching, Ability to identify and improvise the process in function, Knowledge about some scripting language, Good troubleshooting skills, Ability to manage pressures and handle tasks accordingly, Understanding of ITIL Framework and its implementation in support, Managing Escalations, Mentoring Shift Engineers, Ready to work in shift or off hours whenever required, Ability to create template based doc. Such as SOPs, RCA, Escalation and troubleshooting of Infrastructure specific incidents from Service Desk & Incident Management, Maintaining and updating infrastructure designuild document sets, Worked under ITIL Framework, Automate the mundane tasks, Bachelors of Engineering any stream w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience, Bachelors in Science with Technology such as Bsc. IT w/ 10+ Yrs of relevant experience
