Full Job Description

This position is in our RESEA department and will cover the North - Tarrant area. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. WHO YOU ARE:  A collaborative engaged professional that will partner with the TWC workforce team and service providers to uplift Texans. You are a senior technical analyst with research skills. You have great communication and organization skills and seeks to become a reemployment services subject matter expert.   WHAT YOU WILL DO:  The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.  YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: - Serve as the local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training.  - Become a subject matter expert on local labor market, local community support services and the RESEA program. - Conduct touchpoints with RESEA customers utilizing professional etiquette and demeanor. -Validate compliance with individual reemployment plans and other RESEA requirements.  - Conduct research, program assessment, preliminary investigations and prepares reports.  - Support and presents at RESEA conferences and conducts classroom training and webinars. - Assist in developing program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals.  - Perform o
